Participants will better understand the importance of establishing wills and trusts to ensure the proper disposition of assets, designating durable powers of attorney for healthcare and financial matters, and how to plan for incapacity. Additionally, you will realize the significance of correct titling, beneficiary designations, and joint ownership. A case study will help to illustrate how all of these concepts work together.
